For a 3 star hotel everything was good, I loved to be here...
Some people working there were not very friendly.

All in all, it was nice base for traveling to Williamsburg. Loved the studio suite we had.

I loved the functional-style building and my bright room. Wonderful view, a nice balcony, big bed, too. All staff was always available to make my stay lovely. Wonderful little hotel in cute area. Again, it was 15 mins drive from duke gloucester street. The restaurant was small.

The staff was extra attentive, tranquil location, had a free breakfast. Appreciated that we had a dining area, a seating area and a couch bed in the deluxe room. The hotel was located close enough to great eateries and Busch Gardens and many attractions.

Peaceful hotel, fairly clean, competent staff. Lots of supplies in the room: central heating, a refrigerator and a coffee machine. Fine reception. Plus, I was able to park my car nearby.

Everything was brand-new in this exceptionally comfortable hotel. Cozy rooms with comfy beds. Staff informative there, the property was fairly clean. Absolutely perfect location to Powell House.
